I recently had the opportunity to photograph a set of adorable twins! Peyton and Paige were about ten days old when they were brought to my studio in Old Colorado City. It took a little while to put them both to sleep but once we accomplished that, it wasn’t to hard to start capturing some very precious moments for this family.
I always love to focus on simple and natural posing techniques with newborns and family members when they come into my studio. The mother of the twins brought in a cute set of knitted animal costumes so I was able to pose the babies together and get a few really classic photos of them. We also put the babies in a basket and you can never go wrong with babies in a basket! Mom and dad were hesitant to get behind the camera with the twins but it is so worth it to have some nice portraits as a family. I could tell they were thankful to have these.
I am hoping to have more sessions with twins so if you know anyone expecting twins- send them my direction!
